1. Introduction

Welcome to Limo For LA (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our limo and chauffeur services, including bookings made through our website, phone, or any authorized booking channel.

By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

  • All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or authorized booking channels.
  • A valid phone number, email, and payment method are required to confirm a reservation.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of confirmation from Limo For LA.
  • We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or before the ride begins (as per service type).
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
  • All prices are in USD and may include applicable taxes, tolls, and gratuity.
  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, or route changes.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking amount.
  • No-shows will be charged the full fare.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Chauffeur and Vehicle

  • All chauffeurs are licensed, insured, and background-checked.
  • Vehicles are regularly maintained and cleaned.
  • Limo For LA reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value if the originally booked vehicle is unavailable.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must:

  • Be respectful to chauffeurs and follow all reasonable instructions.
  • Not consume illegal substances inside the vehicle.
  • Not smoke inside the vehicle (a $250 cleaning fee applies for violations).
  • Not damage the vehicle (any damage will be charged to the customer).

Limo For LA reserves the right to terminate the ride without refund if any of the above is violated.

7. Liability

  • Limo For LA is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, or any factors beyond our control.
  • We are not liable for missed flights, events, or appointments due to such delays.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Lost and Found

  • Limo For LA is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
  • Found items will be held for 14 days and can be retrieved by contacting our support team.

9. Special Events

  • Special event bookings (weddings, proms, parties) may require a deposit at the time of booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of the event date.
  • Additional terms may apply based on the event package.

10. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By booking, you agree to its terms.

11. Modifications

Limo For LA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
